Hello, I�m Tom Jacoby, Qualifying Broker. My wife Kathleen and I own and operate United Country - Properties. We are the only brokerage in southern New Mexico that offers a full range of real estate services: purchase, sale, market analysis, property management, leasing, commercial and auctions. Our listings include lifestyle, rural, small town and recreational real estate throughout south-central New Mexico. We sell real estate in Bent, Tularosa, La Luz, Alamogordo, Dog Canyon, High Rolls Mountain Park, Cloudcroft, Mayhill, Weed, Sacramento, Timberon and Pinon, New Mexico. We also are a local listing broker for HUD properties.
I�m a native Texan, born in San Antonio and raised in the Texas Hill Country. My career includes service as a US Army officer, an engineer and a risk manager. I�ve worked in Germany, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Korea and Australia, and I�m comfortable with a variety of cultures.
Upon earning my New Mexico real estate license in 2004, I joined a United Country real estate office because I enjoy working with country people and country property! In 2009, Kathleen and I opened the doors to our own real estate brokerage.

Karen first entered the real estate industry in the late 80�s and was licensed in Delaware and Maryland where she earned her Graduate REALTOR� Institute (GRI) designation. Following her husband�s career, she moved several times and earned her Texas real estate license in 2006. Karen makes her home in the mountain village of Cloudcroft, NM. She brought her experience in sales and administration to the New Mexico market by joining United Country - Properties in 2013.

Elliott Miller grew up in rural Pennsylvania the youngest son of a postman and a fabulous cook. His early years were spent studying theology and being a pastor before he took a different direction in his life and went to work for a major airline. Since then he�s been flying all over the world from Beijing to Buenos Aires and loving every minute of it. Elliott has lovingly restored many older homes in California and New Mexico and his passion for architecture and design makes him a stellar Realtor.

Diane has been raising and training AQHA horses for over 30 years, and many of those horses have gone on to win at AQHA World and AQHA Congress. Her horses have sold in 40 states, South America, Canada, Mexico and Australia! In 2006, after many trips with horses to California, she discovered the fabulous, consistent climate of southern New Mexico. She purchased land at Weed, NM, and began to build her dream property.
Then, in 2008, Diane decided to call the mountains of New Mexico "home". Now, with her extensive knowledge of the area and of the activities that the Sacramento Mountains have to offer, Diane looks forward to helping clients find their dream homes. After spending her life in major metropolitan areas, Liz and her husband moved to Cloudcroft, NM. There they enjoy all that this community has to offer. Hiking the mountain with her dogs is one of Liz�s favorite pass times. You can also find both of them spending extensive time gardening and working in the yard. After all, the Cloudcroft motto is �9,000 feet above stress level� � Liz couldn�t agree more.
